Dispatch tests on the drift refresh PR before auto-merge - #10

A PR opened with GITHUB_TOKEN triggers no pull_request workflows, so the auto-merge step found no checks and failed every run since Sep 7. Also keep the drift report out of the checkout so it isn't committed.

The weekly
ha-drift.ymlhas failed every run since 2026-09-07 at the auto-merge step:no checks reported on the 'chore/ha-harvest-refresh' branch. PRs opened withGITHUB_TOKENdon't triggerpull_requestworkflows, sogh pr checksnever had anything to wait on. The harvest itself (incl. theruff formatstep) works.test.ymlon the refresh branch (workflow_dispatchis exempt from the rule; needsactions: write), watch that run, merge only if it passes.drift.txtto$RUNNER_TEMPand untrack it — it was being committed into every refresh PR (and landed on develop via Refresh vendored HA-matter harvest #2).
