Bug: Client Reports Server is offline when there is no internet access

Describe your issue

When there is no internet connectivity, the app reports that the server is offline, even if it is on the same local network and testing the server configuration passes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app while connected to a LAN with a Jellyfin server that has no internet access.
2. Note, the app shows offline.
3. Press the user profile in the top right to open settings
4. Select "Manage Servers"
5. Press the meatballs menu next to the configuration for the local server
6. Select "Edit Server"
7. Select "Test Connection"
8. Note that the app reports that connection was successful.

Expected behavior

The app should allow access to the server anytime the server is accessible, regardless of internet connectivity.
