Home page shows libraries from all users logged in #51

Describe your issue

When there are multiple users added to app. The library restrictions are not respected for the admin

Steps to reproduce

1. Create 1 admin with library A and B access
2. Create a normal user with library D and C access
3. When an admin login to the app they see library a,b ,c and d on their home page

Expected behavior

Admin should see library a and b
