What this changes, and why

Adds docs/blog/2026-09-25-forty-seconds-of-hashing.md, the build log for the CI work of 24 and 25 September: CI from 43.2 minutes (run 35336818216) to 10.1 minutes (run 36139445930) with every check still gating. The owner signed off the draft.

Evidence

Every figure in the post cites a file in the tree (docs/experiments/tic-statement-analysis.md), a pull request body (#548's measurement comment, #563, #564, #572 to #580, #584, #585, #591, #592, #598) or a CI run by id. The runner probe's figures and the queue delay figures existed only in agent reports and CI logs; they were added to the bodies of #563 and #564 before the post cites them.

Spec impact

  • None. No contract in SPEC.md is touched

Written mostly by Claude Opus 5.5.

A dated post for docs/blog/ on the CI work of 24 and 25 September: the
required check that no job reported, one statement analysis per test, the
analyser pass that hashed nested subqueries for every comparison in a
chain, the smaller test archive and the regrouping, and the nightly
regression record. Every figure cites a committed file, a pull request
body or a CI run by id. The runner probe's and the queue delay's figures
were added to the bodies of #563 and #564 so the post has a durable
source for them.
