Data integration and interaction network project during MSc Applied Bioinformatics (Cranfield University). REST API service for variant data of eukaryotic genomes storing and sharing. Relational database (SQLITE), tool to parse VCF file data and populate data base. REST API server deployable on Node.js to calculate statistics of VFC file.
