Description
Integrated Stellar Explorer metadata support and improved developer experience by adding structured documentation and reusable configuration templates.
Added docs/post-task211.md, which includes a stakeholder-friendly dashboard specification, KPI definitions, event-to-metric mappings, wireframe mockups, and a delivery checklist.
Added docs/post-task213.md, documenting on-chain #[contractmeta] usage, the metadata verification process, and an operational runbook for maintaining explorer metadata.
Created docs/stellar-expert-metadata.json as a reusable template for configuring contract profiles on Stellar explorers.
Testing
Validated the JSON template using python -m json.tool docs/stellar-expert-metadata.json (successful)
Ran cargo check -p marketx, which failed due to pre-existing syntax issues (mismatched delimiters in contracts/marketx/src/lib.rs) unrelated to the metadata and documentation updates
