Helper Library for the Google Admob Binding for Xamarin iOS

Currently included architextures:

armv7, armv7s, arm64, i386, x86_64.

Current AdMob Version:

6.12.0.

It simply wraps all the banner sizes, which are simply static variables in the Admob SDK, as functions.
