Make TV Browse feel like TV, add TV store assets and TV release pipeline - #240

Replace the placeholder icon-on-green banner with one exported from the same template as the Play listing banner.
Release and promote the TV bundle from its own tags, and derive version codes for both form factors from one script so they never collide.
Turn the Browse hub into rows of each category's top options with app icons and a See all tile, and let a tile open its apps directly. Show options as a list beside a preview that follows focus, with the option's apps and details; OK on the preview opens the app grid. Move search behind a header button on the options and apps screens, show a fingerprint prefix on certificate rows, and fill the whole tinted tile when an app card grows taller.
The white focus block on list rows outshone the detail pane and was the only focus style in the TV app that did not match the cards.
Starting on the first installed app scrolled the grid past the recents row before the user pressed anything.
