The version hook only touched server.json, so .claude-plugin/plugin.json and the README status table drifted behind npm on every release. Only the status-table Version row is rewritten; CHANGELOG quotes stay untouched. Verified with npm version patch: all three surfaces moved to 1.2.7 and were staged.
