Retire the experimental 4 GB memory profile

Summary

• delete the executable 4 GB JS/WASM transform, runtime projection, setting, certificates, qualification command, and feature tests
• retire existing opt-ins before client creation, remove only game/extended-memory, and show affected users a one-time native safety notice
• always serve ArenaNet's standard 2 GiB contract through the existing certified transform chain
• keep old extended-memory diagnostics readable and label active legacy captures as withdrawn
• update the user guide, historical release article, and upstream investigation pages with the corruption reports and safe interim mitigation

No application version or release metadata is changed.

Verification

• pnpm verify
• website certification/build and smoke test
• focused Electron migration test (notice once, settings/cache cleanup, ordinary JS/WASM pair, silent second launch)
• git diff --check
