To run whatsapp-chat-transcriber, your system must meet the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS Mojave or later, or Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 or later).
- RAM: At least 4 GB.
- Disk Space: Minimum of 100 MB free space for installation and output files.
- Internet: Required for initial setup and downloading language packs.

Follow these steps to install the application:
- Click on the Download Latest Release link above.
- On the Releases page, look for the latest version.
- Choose the appropriate installation file for your operating system (e.g.,

- Locate the downloaded
.exefile in your Downloads folder. - Double-click the file to run it.
- Follow the installation instructions in the setup wizard.
- Once installed, find whatsapp-chat-transcriber in your Start menu.
- Locate the downloaded
.pkgfile in your Downloads folder. - Double-click the file to run it.
- Follow the installation instructions in the installer.
- After installation, you can find whatsapp-chat-transcriber in your Applications folder.
- Open your terminal.
- Navigate to the Downloads folder where you've saved the installer.
- Run the following command to install:
sudo dpkg -i whatsapp-chat-transcriber*.deb. - After installation, you can run the application from your applications menu.
Using whatsapp-chat-transcriber is simple. Follow these steps:
- Open the app from your applications menu.
- Select the option to import your WhatsApp chat. You can either copy the chat content or upload a .txt file directly.
- Choose your desired language for transcription.
- Adjust any layout settings as per your preference.
- Click "Transcribe" to begin the process.
