This change adds a dedicated frontend smoke suite for dashboard behavior in normal, broker-down, and low-stock scenarios. It covers rejected commands, empty-stock recovery, WebSocket reconnection, API status contracts, and the simulator's ESTOQUE_INICIAL override for isolated tests. The docs and contributor guide were updated to describe the new workflow and CI execution.
