This change adds persisted airport-type visibility filters for large, medium, small, and military airports. The values are loaded from NVS on startup, can be edited from the WiFi portal, and are reset when WiFi settings are cleared. It also updates the runway dataset builder to support multiple airport types and wires the filters into the airport overlay rendering path.
The refreshPortalParamValues() function wasn't properly updating the HTML attributes for the airport filter checkboxes. This caused the portal to show all checkboxes unchecked even when they were saved as checked. The fix properly updates the checkbox attributes based on the current state from airport_filters::show*() functions before the portal refreshes.

Implement/airport type filtering
Okay, starting from the latest release, I’ve downloaded my fork again and installed it to check this out.
To load the firmware, I opened VS Code and compiled and uploaded it using PlatformIO; I also included the And sorry for the lack of professionalism; this is my first time creating a fork and trying to add or fix something. |

The remaining airports were added, along with an option at http://plane-radar.local/param to enable or disable their display.

I am having trouble activating the parameters when saving them; when using
saveand/saveparamto send the data, the checkboxes for Large Airports, Medium Airports, Small Airports, and Military Bases fail to reactivate. I need help resolving this final issue.
