⚠️ Merge order

  1. First rename the repository: Settings → General → Repository name → esp32-bt-trigger.
  2. Then merge this PR. The site redeploys at https://mattboxx.github.io/esp32-bt-trigger/.

GitHub redirects old repository URLs (web and git) after a rename, but not the old GitHub Pages URL. That's why the site, README, og:image and campaign links must point to the new path.

Why rename

  • Matches the product: it's already called "ESP32 BT Trigger" everywhere (site, firmware, default Bluetooth name, download files).
  • Short URL: mattboxx.github.io/esp32-bt-trigger is easy to share.
  • No trademark in the name: search still finds "iPhone" and "Shortcuts" through the description and topics, without Apple's trademark in the repo name.
  • Free right now: nothing has been advertised yet, so no links are lost.

What changes

  • 19 links in README.md, docs/index.html, docs/js/app.js, firmware/README.md, marketing/CAMPAIGN.md.

Generated by Claude Code

Merge AFTER renaming the repository (Settings -> General -> Repository
name). GitHub redirects old repo URLs, but not the old Pages URL, so the
site, README, og:image and campaign links must point to the new path.
