Restrict claude ci to user matuyuhi - #72

Updated .github/workflows/claude.yml to only run the CI job when the event's actor is "matuyuhi". Wrapped the previous event conditions in parentheses to evaluate correctly with the new condition. Co-authored-by: matuyuhi <92073990+matuyuhi@users.noreply.github.com>
