Provides minor buffs to the Rogue Trader Assassin archetype to give it appropriate scaling.
Full changes:
- Assassin can innately move after attacking
- Opening 300 damage cap -> 200, increased by 1% per point of lethality
- Openings are also applied on extra turns
- Killing Edge non-scaling damage boost -> scaling damage boost. Damage lethality/5 -> lethality/10
- Death Whisper .25x damage multiplier no longer reduces the damage from openings
