High-res cursor: no release glide, and mark the setting experimental #427

Field decision 2026-10-10: with the high resolution cursor (smooth sampling + zoom ladder) the release glide is cut early (EaseOutShouldStop) and a full glide shakes (closed #426). So with high-res on, the release glide is off entirely: the zoom stops on release. Settings: Release glide is shown dimmed with a note while high-res is on, and High resolution cursor carries an Experimental tag (it also has a DWM crash risk over acrylic, #397).
