…ate status ADR 0032: cut a v<release>-dynres fork tag at every upstream fold (done: v0.33.0-dynres @ 5171887); version families with an unchanged payload share a preflight profile (payload_pin is the provenance anchor, PR #218 widened the pattern); re-stamped strings are one build for H11 — 0.32.14-dynres-112-g5171887 = 0.33.0-dynres-0-g5171887, recorded in the ADR and cross-referenced from SPEC H11 for the H13 MIXED rule. Sync task doc criterion 4 CUDA half marked done (build, preflight 19/19, deploy); gate doc gains the DEPLOYED status and the interim-workaround window.
