Add settings to manage persistent app exclusions and pass toggle keys through excluded apps in both event tap and IOKit paths. Recheck exclusions before asynchronous mode transitions. Validation: build and 17 ConfigurationManager tests passed. Co-Authored-By: Codex <noreply@openai.com>
Resolve the accessibility focus owner before falling back to the frontmost app so Spotlight can toggle above an excluded app. Bound focus queries and avoid them during ordinary typing. Pass both custom keys through excluded apps in the event tap and IOKit fallback, clear held-key state, and recheck focus before queued Hanja callbacks. Reuse saved exclusions and update Korean and English settings descriptions. Validation: build and 24 tests passed, including Hanja modifier press/release and regular/combo event passthrough. Windows App (구 RDP Client) 앱에서 오른쪽 Option과 Command 이벤트를 PriType이 가로채기 때문에 한/영 전환이 정상적으로 안됩니다.
원격 윈도우의 키보드 레이아웃을 101키 (타입 3)로 하면 Shift+Space로 전환이 되긴 하나 불편함이 있습니다.
이런 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 PR에서는 해당 전환 포커스를 가로채지 않는 예외 기능을 추가합니다.
앱 목록을 하드코딩 하기 보다는 설정에서 유저가 제외 리스트에 추가 및 제거를 하도록 합니다.
본 PR은 Codex (GPT 6 - Astra)를 사용했으나, 테스트는 사람(저)이 직접 하였습니다.
고려해야하는 특수 케이스 혹은 수정을 원하시는 부분이 있을 경우 알려주시면 조치하겠습니다.
