The release decision explicitly accepts the already uploaded OSS installer bytes without rebuilding or overwriting them:
1.0.7externally, while the embeddeddist/runtime/memmy-agent/package.jsoncontains stale1.0.5metadata. GitHub Publish does not rewrite this file.Resources/.env. Key-name inspection found only public-configuration categories and no credential-like key names; values were not exposed in review. The raw-env packaging boundary and version-consistency guard are deferred to v1.0.8.These are documented, accepted non-blocking limitations for v1.0.7. Existing asset bytes and checksums must remain unchanged.
