The manual half of MeshBench/meshbench#757, and it should merge after it.
Debugging packet delivery now explains the two collision details a miss can carry, and what the receiving node's firmware is told for each: a CRC error with the damaged bytes, or a header error and nothing more. A frame the receiver never locked onto still reaches the firmware not at all.
