Documents MESHBENCH_RENODE_LOCKSTEP=1 on the emulation page (CPU and chip stepped by the engine, idle time skipped, RNG seeded from the node) and why a run with an emulated node is still reported as not reproducible, with a pointer from the timing page. The code PR also edits docs/shortcomings.md, so what-it-does-not-do.md needs regenerating with tools/sync-limits.py once it merges. Code: MeshBench/meshbench#789 (stacked on MeshBench/meshbench#788).
