Closes #521.

On a paused run, console.type and console.cli add a line under the firmware's reply:

> advert
  -> OK - Advert sent
(the run is paused: anything this sends is queued and goes on the air when it plays)

The answer also carries it as paused, so a script sees it too. It is not added while playing, or for a call held with at_ms and run inside a step. schedule.add is left alone; it is about simulated time by definition.
