Heltec_E290 and heltec_tracker_v2 passed every column against v1.17.1 and join EmulationVerified. Four boot and never transmit, and Tbeam_SX1262 never connects; those stay blocked, now with a measured reason. The board catalogue says when GitHub refused for the rate limit, rather than that the catalogue could not be reached. For #603.

For #603 (item 1 of its order). The full probe table is on the issue.
Heltec_E290andheltec_tracker_v2passed every column against v1.17.1: build, boot, radio, tx, rx and flood. They joinEmulationVerifiedwith their QEMU wiring marked verified. The E290's e-paper panel is still not drawn.Tbeam_SX1262never connects. They stay blocked, with the measured reason now in their cached rows.GITHUB_TOKENraises it. Five of the first probes failed as "could not reach the firmware catalogue" for exactly that reason.
