Add the preview's bounded Topology route snapshots, Public-message metadata, trace/ping evidence validation, route evidence controls and regional scope catalogue context to current org

7688892(2.0.3), retaining observer-directory pagination, authenticated MeshMapper imports and the mobile/infoendpoint. Additive cache/test-stub conflicts retain both upstream and Topology methods; the preview catalogue fixtures were adapted to the new authenticated client. Pair with web #148.Validation at
b097f19: native ARM64 build/vet and 784 tests with real PostgreSQL passed using the identical preview source tree (4d2fd43, v2.2.1-n30nex.1). Org CI, CodeQL and fork CI passed. The Pi preview passed exact source/asset verification, observer pagination,/info, all Topology windows, 35 API checks and live WebSocket traffic. No migration or retention change is included.The running preview temporarily uses cached MeshMapper catalogues until its private
MESHMAPPER_API_KEYis configured. All 34 cached catalogues were preserved. The independent private Collector service remains separate. This remains a draft for dev1 evaluation; image-workflow setup and org host deployment are separate operator steps.
