Align chart periods and labels with retained packet history #94

Description

@n30nex

The observer dashboard's help text still says "Complete buckets" after the reviewed server #169 correction restores the current partial bucket on live activity requests. Reproduced on the Pi observer dashboard: the live window ends at the current minute while the help text claims all buckets are complete.

The user also requested time choices that match the preview's 72-hour raw-packet policy. Observer monitoring and retained route evidence should offer 24h and 3d; explicit raw-packet comparison periods must not exceed three days. Remove the seven-day choice. Analytics backed by the durable hourly summaries in server #167 can additionally offer 30d; explain that packet detail can expire sooner and older summaries accumulate after archiving is enabled.

Normalize older 7d/30d observer or route links to the retained window without silently replacing explicit invalid timestamps. Preserve canonical share links, comparison alignment, Back/navigation state and region filters. Translate the touched notes and range labels in English/French. The latest activity bucket can be partial after server #169's review correction; the wording must not claim every bucket is complete or that missing data proves packet loss.

This uses the existing summary archive/materialized views, adds no dependency or API, and keeps all current review candidates in the Pi preview. Maintainers control acceptance and production release.
