Removes the advice to connect observers to LetsMesh (or both brokers). The MQTT guides now only cover the MeshMapper broker. Literal setting values (HA 'LetsMesh-Compatible' payload mode, pyMC
format: letsmesh) are unchanged, as are pages describing what the server accepts.
