Combines the published managed-runtime foundation with current main, retaining the state authentication correction. The integration preserves bound parent control, worker execution journals, explicit runtime selection, and observed token grants.
Validation: conflict-free merge, exact comparison of all index entries with both parent trees, staged diff checks, and independent foundation review. Constituent source validation is carried where its bytes are unchanged. Unified provider execution is still pending, including the previously observed Researcher inner-sandbox failure. This draft is the integration branch for the remaining runtime routes.
