…aining deadline Child worktree creation on slow hosts failed either at the 60 s bounded-status budget or at the 3 s systemd attach grace without saying which phase spent the time. Record per-phase latency in these failures, exclude queue and lock waits from the execution budget, and scale the attach grace within the remaining absolute deadline. Ownership and containment proof, rollback, and cancellation are unchanged.

Bounds worktree attach / candidate-validation sandbox readiness to the remaining deadline and reports per-phase timing; never signals a reaped leader group, preserves launcher exit status on budget failure, keeps original error text first with redacted secondary summaries (static classifications kept, paths redacted). Includes the same lockfile advisory fix and ubuntu-24.04 Linux test pin as #745. Independent Grok reviews R52/R54/R58/R59/R61 (final ACCEPT); CI green.
