This PR introduces a full observability layer to the backend application. It standardizes logging, enables performance monitoring, adds error tracking, and introduces distributed tracing to improve system reliability, debugging, and operational visibility.
The implementation follows production-ready best practices and prepares the system for future horizontal scaling or microservices adoption.
