Cloudflare's Git integration and hand-run `wrangler pages deploy` were both deploying this project. Two paths race for one commit: one wins, the other is reported failed, which is where the spurious Pages failure alerts came from. §4 allows exactly one. This is the surviving path. Without a CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN secret the deploy step skips green rather than failing, so this can land before the Git integration is switched off and can never race it. The first push carried an invented SHA and the run failed at 'Prepare all required actions' with 'Unable to resolve action'. v1.321.0 is 95ef2b04, read from the tag list rather than guessed.
