If there is no toc info in the pdf, it will use pytesseract to extract the text and openai to recognize the TOC and parse the structure. To use this feature you will need an openai key. Put it in $HOME/.openai/tokens OPENAI_API_KEY=sk-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX The working examples are in a notebook - mobileindex.ipynb
