MiniTaskbar v1.0.1 fixes transparent taskbar recovery around shell transitions.

Fixed

• Reassert the transparent accent and wallpaper-backing Z-order immediately when an application button or foreground window changes.
• Reassert once more after a short settling interval so delayed Explorer style updates cannot leave an opaque taskbar behind.
• Keep the wallpaper-only taskbar background available when the Windows key opens shell UI from a foreground fullscreen application.
• Separate foreground-location events from real foreground changes so ordinary window movement does not repeatedly reapply the taskbar style.

Setup

For a manual session, download mini_taskbar.exe and run .\mini_taskbar.exe --resident.

For automatic startup registration and the reversible uninstall path, clone the repository and run .\install.ps1.

The executable is published without a digital signature.

• Fullscreen backing hidden again after returning to Chrome: 66 ms
