feat: add vercel analytics and integrate in App - #55

Add @vercel/analytics as a dependency and integrate its Analytics component into the app root. App.tsx now imports Analytics from @vercel/analytics/react and renders it alongside AppRouter. package.json and package-lock.json were updated to include the new dependency and lockfile changes.
