urllib3 2.7.0 has two HIGH advisories (GHSA-8988-9cw3-xx77, GHSA-vxq7-64xx-v4gw), which fail the dependency gate on main. Dependabot raised the floor in constraints.txt but cannot regenerate the uv lock, so the lock check failed. Regenerated with CI's own command; one line moves. Dependabot opened four PRs (#109 idna, #110 wandb, #111 huggingface_hub, #112 filelock) that raise a floor but cannot regenerate the uv lock, so each failed the lock check, and each still carried urllib3 2.7.0. This applies all four floors on top of #107 and regenerates the lock once with CI's own command. huggingface_hub 2 brings httpx2; wandb 0.30 brings OpenTelemetry. An existing break, not caused by this PR:
mole_analysis_service.pyandderm_foundation_service.pyimportfrom_pretrained_kerasfromhuggingface_hub. That function exists neither in 1.28.0 (today's lock) nor in 2.1.1, so those Hugging Face model-loading paths already fail at runtime. The tests stubhuggingface_hub, so CI can't see it.
