- Issue forms: bug, feature, and a "new reference object" form that asks for the published size and its source. This adds the same set of files as rn-photo-quality#8, adapted to this package's rule: it estimates sizes and never presents an estimate as a clinical measurement.

Checked locally: lint, format and types pass, 28 tests pass at 100% coverage, and the build succeeds.
