[Neoforge 1.21.1] Tipsy text effect does not work

Hi !

When testing out the mod, I found out that Tipsy IV and higher is supposed to scramble text on signs and in chat, however, I did not notice anything like this in my test.

I didn't see any commits commits about this since the latest fixes / reworks, so it may be an issue on my system, I'll stay available if you have any further questions !

Sorry for the late response but it seems to have been fixed a while ago, please test it out again and let us know before i close this

I just tested using the latest version for 1.21.1, and this is still present unfortunately

I will check it out, are you using BnC with any other mods or is it just BnC and FD?

This was tested on a fresh Neoforge (21.1.231) instance with just BnC (4.5.0) and FD (1.3.2)

I am experiencing a similar issue, in which signs do appear distorted, but in-game chat messages do not appear distorted while Tipsy. Curiously, we have a mod which relays our chat messages to a Discord server, and when an appropriately Tipsy player sends a message, the copy of that player's message shown on Discord does appear distorted (having letters randomly swapped around), but will appear perfectly fluent in game. I'm inclined to say I may be experiencing a separate incompatibility issue, though I do not know where this could come from as I do not have any mods which intentionally modify the chat window (as far as I know at least!) - I can open a new issue and provide a log if that would help.
