About the PR

• Swaps the generator to a 19KW uranium.
• Puts exterior reinforced under the guns/engines.
• Swaps the reinforced armor for Plastitanium.
• Adjusts the price.

Why / Balance

• The Spreadsheet mentioned needing to swap out the RTG and such.
• For the hull, I'm guessing this was added before CIV ships could access Plastitanium. It won't help it much in a crash, but hey. They -might- survive some stray hits to the cockpit now.

Added a 20mm autocannon as well to cover the blindspots of the BOFOR cannon.

Thrusters guidelines no pass

Makes the thrusters, namely the eastern brakes guideline compliant, each one now follows of the designs outlined in the example picture.

Wasn't sure on the plasma windows as the document only mentions windows once and it's for an irrelevant thing, but I think it helps integrate it more.

Add cell recharger on the entry table.
