adjust navbar focus style

Summary

This change modifies the style of the navbar to match other Moonfin clients. The focus pill fills the full height of the navbar, is now white, and text is changed to black. This also replaces the 9 patch image for the navbar to keep it uniform when you remove navbar options. Previously, the 'cut' look would come back once you start to disable items in the navbar, something I thought I fixed in #63.

Changes Made

• Changed pill height to 80px to match navbar.
• Changed opacity of focusPill to be 1.0 (full white).
• Changed size of labels, and colours of labels & icons for nav items.
• Replaced navbar 9-patch image so it doesn't distort when navbar items are disabled.
