Re-pin both engines: witnessd 2.31.0 (
8897192, tag v2.31.0) and Depone 0.2.11 (b471b47, tag v0.2.11).Health gate evidence is now bound to the signed bundle: the runtime emits a canonical digest manifest over each gate's exit and log bytes and promotes it to a named bundle subject, and the verifier checks that binding before re-deriving exit codes. Evidence the verifier cannot authenticate can no longer block handoff, even when a repository declares block enforcement. Changing one byte of a gate's exit file now flips the verdict.
