[codex] Fix live Deriv H7 action scoring

Summary

• Normalize Deriv-style OHLCV arrays into canonical bars inside the rootfile pipeline.
• Derive OHLCV-only microstructure and conservative liquidity/FVG context so live Deriv path geometry reaches H7 action scoring.
• Preserve Stage 13 authority: flat posterior/action distributions still refuse, while meaningful action spread can pass the measured entropy gate.
• Keep Deriv runner visibility and no-contract summary improvements from the proof pass.

Proof

• One guarded Deriv VRTC demo canary was run before this publish pass: contract 313745419968, CALL frxEURUSD, $1, 15m.
• Contract settled won with realized PnL +0.83.
• Settlement recorded ppo_feedback_status=transition_stored and falsification correct_authorization.
• No additional canary was run while preparing this PR.

Validation

• python -m pytest tests/rootfile/test_hamiltonian_missing_pieces.py -q -> 12 passed
• python -m pytest tests/rootfile/test_deriv_live_canary_readiness.py -q -> 18 passed
• python -m pytest tests/rootfile -q -> 104 passed
• Scoped git diff --check passed for the four intentional files; only CRLF warnings were reported.

Notes

• .github/instructions/kluster-code-verify.instructions.md remains unrelated local drift and is intentionally excluded.
• Runtime logs/ and data/ artifacts are intentionally excluded.
• kluster review remains blocked because the kluster.ai trial has ended.
