DRAFT — DO NOT MERGE. Blocked with no ETA. Prepared for an eventual MoveIndustries -> movement-network migration, which as of 2026-07-31 is deferred indefinitely. Covers the repository URL in Cargo.toml, README badges, the GitHub Pages docs domain and the codecov project. All 20 are derived from the GitHub org name and move with it. The 23 @moveindustries/* references are npm package names, not GitHub URLs. Renaming those depends on an npm org rename, which is a separate decision — deliberately excluded here.
