Fixes the remaining jumping/scroll anchoring in the Robot settings panel.

Fix

• While Robot settings is open, all automatic visual updates of the shared glass panel are paused.
• Cloud data continues to refresh in the background.
• The map, status and zone-button DOM no longer changes underneath the open settings list.
• Leaving Robot settings resumes normal visual updates.

• Collapsible global/manual/automatic zone sections.
• Combined visual obstacle switch and sensitivity selector.
• Per-zone Edge cutting via mow_mode and full area_set payload.
• All 23 frontend languages.
