Closes #125. Enhances the homepage design by importing and applying Plus Jakarta Sans typography, sleeking the dark mode color system, adding dynamic float animations to the hero badge, integrating modern glassmorphic blur to the scanner card, and implementing responsive hover scaling and shadow transitions for all interactive cards and action buttons.
