Touch controls drive player 1 directly (fixed mapping, analog stick), optional Touch Camera Stick for Free Look, Touch Haptics; 0.5.1: normal touch face buttons while the ocarina/instruments are out, HUD editor no longer moves touch-placed buttons (MaskPad), symmetric d-pad down. Tested on device by Mati.

…stick), Touch Camera Stick, Touch Haptics

Touch buttons and sticks now write N64 pad state that libultraship merges
into player 1 instead of sending keyboard events (only the menu button
still sends Escape). The keyboard is free and bindings no longer affect
the touch controls. The optional camera stick drives the right stick
(Free Look). Light haptic on touch button press, on by default.

…console variables

The UI test harness builds the overlay before libultraship exists, so
reading CVars there dereferenced a null context.
