feat: toggle off the Nix store measurement (#39) - #41

New measureStore setting (config key measure_store, NIXDATIFIER_MEASURE_STORE=off). Off skips the slow store walk: the window shows free space only, and `nixdatifier disk` (and so the TUI) prints just the free space.
