Depends-On: genlayerlabs#46

An on-acceptance child with one of its own appeals needs a complete recursive reserve for its acceptance and finalization descendants. This green control prices the child at 3,079 and its three grandchild opportunities at 529 each, then verifies that two parent appeals allow three fresh emissions at 4,666 each. Pinned and dynamic/open-bucket funding both spend exactly 13,998; a fourth emission rejects without an extra debit.

The executor receives the descendant reserve as a precomputed children_budget and treats the subtree as opaque. This test checks per-emission accounting, not Node's tree construction or replay of an already accepted occurrence.

Validation: 85 SDK tests and 2 quote tests passed; cargo fmt --check and git diff --check passed. This branch is stacked directly on genlayerlabs#46 for an incremental review.

Pin the one-appeal child quote, no-appeal grandchild quote, and recursively sized acceptance plus finalization reserve through exact-fit pinned and open-bucket GenVM emission. Three fresh occurrences each charge one complete child budget; a fourth fails without another debit. This tests the VM boundary with precomputed descendant budget, not chain-side allocation validation or appeal replay.

Validation: cargo test --lib wasi::genlayer_sdk::tests:: (85 passed); cargo test --test message_fee_appeal_profit_quote (2 passed); cargo fmt --all -- --check; git diff --check.
