All 8 deliverables merged to main via PRs #1-#5 (2026-05-18). - CURRENT_SLICE.md: foundation-status callout flipped to complete; Slice 0 (Auth + Task Capture Spine) status changed from blocked to ready-to-start. - handoffs/week-1-2.md: rewritten as a completion handoff — delivery map (PR -> deliverables), acceptance table all green, test posture on main, and the operational debt that remains (GCS state bucket, GitHub->GCP OIDC, repo secrets, prod environment reviewers, TimescaleDB CREATE EXTENSION, K8s manifests, Grafana import). - plans/2026-05-11-week-1-2-foundation.md: STATUS COMPLETE banner + task-to-PR mapping; checkboxes left as historical record.
