Dashboard for Windai competition

How to use this

1. Create a python virtual environment
2. Activate it
3. Install the regiments from the requirements.txt file

pip install -r requirements.txt

4. Place the two input-files in the same location as the piloting script
5. Run the plot creation script

plot_csv.py subset_yesterday.csv competition_period.csv

6. Transfer the generated png to the hosting location
