Breaking changes

• NCBI setup arguments renamed to mapping_ncbi / fetch_ncbi; fetch_biosample() is now fetch_ncbi().

Highlights

• Run reports for every Assemble/Annotate run, with live progress; run files moved under .runs/.
• NMNH user switch in Export Data: fills and checks specimen_voucher and voucherURI, with a voucher report for fixes.
• Redesigned Export Data window; header checks for duplicate modifiers and missing data; BioSample/BioProject header modifiers.

Bug fixes

• NCBI metadata fetches now use the project ncbi_api_key (or NCBI_API_KEY), like BLAST fetches.
• App no longer fails on projects with no extra mapping-file columns and no fetched metadata.

• Tag 1.5.9 after merge, then merge main back into devel.
